Discover subcellular structure without labels.

Study the architecture of the cell without selecting a molecular target for every structure you want to see.

Resolve membranes, organelle organization, and molecular assemblies to investigate how they are arranged within their native surroundings.

Locate molecular targets within that architecture.

Investigate where selected molecules are situated and how their distribution relates to surrounding structures.

Targeted molecular localization adds specificity to the structural view: a target’s position within an organelle, its association with a membrane, or its distribution across subcellular compartments.

Follow the structure across scales.

A molecular assembly belongs to a larger biological setting. Its organization within a membrane connects to the shape of an organelle and that organelle’s position within the cell.

The platform is designed to connect these scales so that local detail can be interpreted within the surrounding biology.

The achievable resolution depends on the sample, the measurement, and the question being studied.
